As our Digital Performance Manager, you’ll own the digital strategy and budget, driving engagement, leads, and revenue across multiple platforms. This hands-on leadership role combines campaign planning, execution, and optimisation with mentoring a high-performing team. This is a 12 month contract, starting mid January 2026
A day in the life:
- Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives across for Ignite three key pillars, Escapes, Cruise and Tour
- Manage digital budgets, ensuring maximum enquiries within acquisition benchmarks, Optimising spend as needed to drive conversions and revenue
- Measure and report campaign performance across, improving reporting processes and ROI
- Plan and deliver SEM, email, social, display, video, and sponsored content campaigns
- Handle high-volume monthly campaigns with accuracy and timely delivery, lead website improvements
- Analyse trends and insights to optimise spend and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns
- Drive innovation through testing plans and partnerships to stay ahead of digital trends
- Manage, mentor, and train the digital team; oversee resourcing and recruitment
- Work with Sales to understand conversion metrics and gather insights
- Maintain Google Analytics and Tag Manager for Ignite’s suite of websites
- Support the executive team as required
Who you are:
- Minimum 6 years hands-on senior level digital experience in planning, executing and reporting across all major digital channels
- Demonstratable experience leading SEM, email, social and display campaigns
- Exceptional analytics skills and experience with Google Analytics 4
- Solid understanding of WordPress website management
- Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications will be highly regarded
- Be a digital guru by being an active participant in digital movements and trends with an active interest in the latest technologies, product developments and applications
