 is on the lookout for a motivated, people-oriented Reservations Executive to join our global team in Siem Reap, Cambodia. 

About the Opportunity

As a member of the Reservations team, the Reservations Executive plays a key role in ensuring that Discova meets and exceed its goals and operates successfully. This will involve the delivery of best-in-class service and memorable local experiences for travellers. Operationally, the role will be responsible for fulfilling booking logistics, handling operational issues and continually providing feedback to management on risks and possible improvements of the ways we operate our products. You have a strong desire for structure, exceptional organisational skills and love working according to procedures and schedules. You thrive on being meticulous and methodical and delivering a world-class service.

Your main responsibilities are:  

  • Manage and make reservations of accommodation, air ticket(s), train ticket(s), suppliers, restaurants, and all services included in a package (except tour guides).
  • Effectively cooperate with Operations and Fleet, Product, Sales, Customer Experience and suppliers for seamless daily operations and overall service improvements.
  • Ensure all bookings, passenger details, logistic information, internal notes and supplier notes are updated on reservations system in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer service issues to customers’ satisfaction with appropriate corrective and preventive measures.

About you

The Essentials:

  • A degree in tourism and hospitality would be an advantage.
  • Having at least 1 years of experience in travel, tourism or hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in national local language, and intermediate to advanced level of written and spoken English Language is a must.

  • Able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Comfortable with a flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends and early mornings.
  • Ability to work with uncertainties/changing priorities and to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willing to travel on business when required.
  • Personally aligned with Discova’s company purpose and values.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
