As the Finance Shared Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our financial shared services function. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and champion continuous improvement.

 

A day in the life:

  • Inspirational Leadership: Provide clear direction and effective line management to the shared services team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
  • Efficient Financial Operations: Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions, maintaining robust controls and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Performance Enhancement: Drive team performance to exceed expectations, delivering on KPIs and service metrics
  • OKR Development: Develop and report OKRs and metrics to onshore management, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Workload Management: Organize and prioritize workloads to consistently achieve objectives and maintain service excellence
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices and process efficiencies through innovative improvement initiatives
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with managers and the wider business to foster collaboration and effective communication

 

Who you are:

  • Shared Services Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing a shared services function, with a track record of operational excellence
  • Process Improvement: Passion for streamlining and optimizing financial processes using improvement methodologies
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver results
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey financial information clearly and concisely
