Is it time for you to take the next step in your career? We are now looking for an experienced consultant or leader to take on the challenging and rewarding role of Team Leader for our Luxury team.

As a Team Leader overseeing the Flight Centre Luxury team in Brisbane, you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow key KPIs, along with a number of other responsibilities. It will also be your responsibility to work closely with the Area Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets.

At FCTG we understand the importance of flexibility while fostering a culture of collaboration through in person iterations – our Luxury team offer hybrid working arrangements with capacity to work both from home and our Global HQ in South Brisbane.

What you’ll be doing as the Team Leader in our team of Luxury Experts…

• Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
• Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Providing vision and motivation for the team
• Maintaining an overall positive office environment
