About the role

As an Educational Program Coordinator, you will be part of a passionate team focused on delivering seamless and meaningful travel experiences that put people, places, and purpose first.

You will play a key role in exceeding agent expectations, supporting sales outcomes, and delivering exceptional operational support to travelers. Through your work, you help bring educational programs to life that create lasting impact for students and the communities we partner with.

You’re passionate and aligned with Discova's purpose of "Connecting People and Places through purpose driven journeys".

Your Responsibilities;

• Manage all itinerary components, including creating programs, working on quotations, logistical planning, coordinating and collaboration with other departments to book the right services.
• Ensure all program deliverables consistently meet or exceed client expectations of learning outcome and comply with Discova’s established quality standards.
• Maintain superior working relationship with internal and external partner communities, local agencies, NGO's and authorities to facilitate community experiential learning and project management.
• Provide creative solutions and expert advice to clients, fostering a collaborative and positive program experience.
• Control and manage program budgets
• Stay informed of industry trends, customer habits and interests, destination and supplier news, and other topics that will help confirm sales
• Be knowledgeable on projects, local NGO and Community activities and keep up to date with any changes or news.

About you;

• Good destination knowledge in the destinations we operate in (essential)
• 3 years of Educational Travel Experience (preferred)
• Previous experience in group travel (essential)
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage.
