Day in the life:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.

Develop strong talent pipelines for travel industry and technology roles across operations, product, digital, and support functions.
-
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels.
Stakeholder Management
-
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, and hiring timelines.

Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, market insights, and hiring progress.
Candidate Screening & Assessment
-
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate experience, skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.

Coordinate and manage interview processes with internal stakeholders ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
Recruitment Reporting
-
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline status.

Ensure proper documentation and ATS updates for all hiring activities.
Skills & Competencies
-
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with the ability to identify niche talent.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Proven experience in sourcing and hiring for travel industry roles and technology profiles.

Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and referral hiring programs
