
About The Opportunity
Fleet Administration is responsible of coordinating and supervising all activities that allow an efficient and effective management of the
resources that Discova provides. Ensure Discova complies with government, document procedures and action requirements of the different government institutions. This position will also be responsible for leading the team, always maintaining a favorable work environment, with a high sense of the company's values
About You
Description
Operation
• Assign days-off and permissions for drivers.
• Complete the annual vacations leave calendar and plan.
• Work with Fleet Team Leader and Operation Leader to integrate technology applications into fleet operations to improve and optimize overall equipment performance.
• Carry out the H&S procedure (safety and hygiene).
• Complete and present weekly P&L report to Fleet Team Leader, including efficiency improvements.
Legal Documents
•Follow-up the insurance policies of the company's vehicles and make sure to have them up to date.
• Vehicle license plates process and assignment.
• Maintenance log and uphold service dates and logbooks.
• Follow-up to payment of holdings.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks on own as well as supplier vehicles.
• Ensure every vehicle comply with Discova branding guidelines and Government cars sticker laws.
Fleet Control
• Maintenance of the fleet in good conditions for the assignment of services.
• Supervision of purchases (amenities, cleaning supplies and / or any other equipment necessary for the fleet).
• Manages all payments corresponding to the department (government airport payments, fuel, per diem, supplier’s payments, and general expenses).
• Assignment of the fleet and utility cars to the preventive and corrective maintenance services.
Training and development
• Prepare periodic evaluations of the team members in charge.
• It is the person in charge of aligning and supervising the procedures necessary
for obtaining psychophysical examinations.
The Essentials
▪ Engineering or bachelor's degree in mechanics or related.
▪ Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a conveyor team.
▪ Proficiency in written and spoken English fluently. The national language would be an advantage.▪ Proven track record in successful conveyor handling and excellent business efficiency.
▪ Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster teamwork by promoting diversity and inclusion.
▪ A leader who has used his negotiation skills, motivation, creativity, and proactivity in the increase

▪ Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
▪ Results Orientated.
▪ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and implementing change when needed.
▪ Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).
▪ High attention to details.
▪ Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks and able to work outside office hours when required.
▪ Solution focused and great at problem solving.
▪ Able to work independently and within a team assisting team members to help everyone achieve results.
▪ Flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends, and early mornings and flexible with uncertainties/changing priorities
and under pressure.
▪ Personally, aligned with Discova’s company purpose and values.
▪ Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Discova’s systems would be an advantage.
