About the opportunity

Join our dynamic reservation team, where you'll spearhead a high-performing team of Discovians dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our overseas agents. As Discova’s senior reservations executive, you'll continuously improve our reservations process, boosting efficiency and capability. You will ensure absolute accuracy and elevate the service experience to new heights.

What you'll do:

  • Professionally handle all internal and external inquiries to meet business needs and resolve service issues promptly and satisfactorily, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance trip profitability and overall service quality by utilizing preferred supplier lists to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Monitor bookings to ensure they remain within budget and ensure accuracy of costs and sell prices, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Provide clear, concise, and timely feedback and share information transparently to inspire all team members and key stakeholders.
  • Implement system improvements to streamline operations.
  • Generate and provide monthly reports to the direct supervisor.

About You

  • Possession of a degree in tourism and hospitality presents a distinct advantage for this role, providing a strong foundation in industry-specific knowledge and practices.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential, as is fluency in the local language.
  • Expertise in DMC reservation systems, CRM, and other B2B booking platforms is seen as an advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in management training or leading teams.
