About the role

We’re looking for a commercially minded Travel Product Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team and bring compelling travel products to life across global channels. Sitting at the intersection of product, data and technology, you’ll curate and optimise holiday packages via Travelbox—shaping what’s in the range, what performs, and how our catalogue evolves.

Working within World360 Rewards, FCTG’s loyalty program, you’ll partner with suppliers, marketing and tech teams to ensure products are relevant, discoverable and convert—driving engagement and commercial success across multiple markets. This role will be a fixed term contract till Jan/Feb 2027.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the product range in the World360 Rewards digital store, curating and optimising the catalogue to drive redemption
  • Manage partner and supplier relationships to source and onboard new travel products
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and in-market teams on promotions, seasonal campaigns and high-impact packages
  • Publish, manage and maintain holiday packages via Travelbox, ensuring data quality and consistency
  • Analyse performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise packages and drive commercial outcomes
  • Monitor customer segmentation to ensure product ranges align with brand standards
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the Travelbox platform and merchandising processe
 
 

 

What you’ll bring

  • Travel industry experience is highly regarded
  • Experience in a loyalty, rewards, or points-based program environment and you understand how members think and what drives redemption (highly regarded)
  • Experience in product, marketing or content/merchandising roles
  • Background in SME-style roles such as contracting, content management or curation
  • Confidence working with data, reporting and performance metrics
  • A collaborator who can work across marketing, tech, and commercial teams 
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
