About the Opportunity 

We are on the lookout for a Cloud DevOps Engineer who will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.  

This role ensures reliability, automation, cost optimisation, and high availability across Azure services, including App Services, Virtual Machines, Azure SQL, API Management, and Dynamics 365.  

As part of the IT team, you will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to build modern cloud platforms. You will also ensure strong security practices, efficient cost management, and seamless integration across Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and operate Azure infrastructure (App Service, VMs, Azure SQL, APIM, Dynamics 365)    

  • Design secure architectures using Application Gateway (WAF), Azure Firewall, NSG, Private Endpoint   

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub   

  • Automate infrastructure using Terraform / ARM   

  • Monitor systems using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics   

  • Optimise cost, performance, and autoscaling   

  • Ensure High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR)   

  • Implement Zero Trust and identity-based security   

  • Manage API integrations and service connectivity across Azure 

 

About you  

The Essentials: 

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a relevant field or additional qualifying experience. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Sales development (experience with AX or Finance & Operations is a plus but must include CRM). 

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse. 

  • In-depth understanding of data management (e.g. backup, permissions, recovery, security and monitoring).      

  • Proficiency in customisation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Sales Modules. 

  • Strong knowledge of .NET, JavaScript and other related technologies.  

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations and API development.  

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.  

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 application configuration, including customising.  

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics application architecture and design.
