About the role
As a Travel Consultant at FCM Travel Finland, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our business travel clients, delivering seamless, first‑class service in a fast‑moving, international environment. Working closely with a supportive and driven team, you’ll manage end‑to‑end business travel arrangements including flights, hotels, rail and car hire, while guiding clients through our online booking tools.
This is a role for someone who thrives on pace, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys building long‑term client relationships. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas, and grow your career within a global organisation that values collaboration, expertise and doing things a little differently.
About You
You’re passionate about service, confident in your travel expertise, and calm under pressure. With experience in business travel or a similar customer‑focused role, you’re comfortable working with Amadeus and online booking systems, and you enjoy finding smart solutions for your clients.
You’re a true team player with a positive, flexible mindset, happy to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. You communicate professionally in Finnish and English, and any additional Nordic language skills are a bonus. Most importantly, you’re eager to be part of a dynamic, people‑first company where your contribution genuinely matters.
