About the Opportunity
Are you highly motivated individual who is keen to drive process consistency by designing, documenting and updating the One Best Way (OBW) workflow for FCM Operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Japan? If so, we have an One Best Way (OBW) Leader opportunity for you! 

The One Best Way Leader is the owner of the operational internal One Best Way. Responsible for maintaining an optimized and efficient One Best way for internal workflows, by identifying new opportunities for productivity gains and ensure the OBW is being adhered to across all four markets.

Reporting into the Operations Deployment Leader, Asia, this is what you'll be doing:

  • Work closely with Operations Optimization Leader and Corp Tech team to design, document and update the One Best Way workflow process for FCM operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Japan to increase consultant productivity and client satisfaction. 
  • Increase consultant productivity and client satisfaction through a workflow process that minimizes errors and enhances the overall consultant and end user experience.
  • Work with different departments and providers such as Amadeus, Hotel Hub, Travel Ops on enhancements to OBW and complete testing and validation on enhancements to Compleat, finishing script and other tools prior to rollout.
  • Communicate and Train the OBW workflow process and any updates or changes to new employees, travel consultants and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate and Train the OBW operations workflow process and any updates or changes to trainer, market leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure Operations end to end workflow and step guide updated time to time and ensure new joiner understandable from documentations prior physical training.
  • This role is closely aligned with the Operations Deployment role as well as the Operational Systems Trainer role.

What you'll need:

  • Extensive knowledge of FCM operations and current systems
  • Proven successful performance in project management
  • Understanding of current technology used within FCM and willingness and ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience in successfully developing and training staff in both classroom situations and on an individual basis.

  • Ability to manage change
