
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Leisure Division and play a key role in driving business and technology improvements across our insurance portfolio. You'll work within a collaborative team supporting a diverse range of products and platforms across the broader Leisure business.
This role will take ownership of the Insurance stream, partnering closely with business leaders, technology teams and external vendors to deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll be responsible for translating business and commercial requirements into practical technology solutions while identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and customer experiences. If you enjoy stakeholder engagement, solving complex business challenges and working in an environment where you can operate autonomously and take initiative, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Day to day you will...
- Own and drive business analysis activities across the Insurance portfolio within the Leisure Division.
- Gather, analyse and document business, operational and commercial requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirement gathering sessions.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation and optimisation across key business platforms.
- Develop business cases, process maps, documentation, reporting and training materials to support successful delivery.
