The Head of Marketing is responsible for accelerating the growth, building fame and understanding of the brand and business among its existing members, to potential members, travel industry suppliers and the broader
travel industry itself.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop B2B Marketing Strategy and Implementation for the brand and its assets
- Strategic marketing planning and goal setting for all events
- Maintain and update the B2B website and content
- Establish and maintain appropriate social media accounts ie Instagram, LinkedIn etc
- Plan, manage and execute marketing and PR campaigns for client events to drive acquisition, including Travel Event/s and experiences
- Identify and enter any key industry (or consumer) awards programs that promote activity
- Maintain high level connections with key partners and sponsors to ensure all activity is consistently seen as the ‘best of the best’ in the industry and to ensure a consistent demand is created in the market
- Support Members with marketing strategy & campaigns to drive sales and income via FCTG channels
- Maintain appropriate databases in Distribion and other platforms to ensure the brand is clearly and consistency communicating with its stakeholder groups
- Identify new and disruptive opportunities to deliver profit to the brand via marketing revenue strategies
- Report on the success of activity and learnings to ensure accountability of all activity to the business and to suppliers
Who are you?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing
- Proficiency in budget management
- Expertise in B2B marketing strategies
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of web programs
- Familiarity with CANVA, WordPress, and CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Proficient in conflict resolution
- Skilled in media relations
