Debtor Management and Finance Support Officer
As our Debtor Management and Finance Support Officer You’ll take ownership of debtor reporting and collections, while also supporting broader finance activities, reporting and process improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their finance career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exposure across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Retail and Corporate debtor reporting, including downloading and analysing reports from Tramada.
- Monitor and manage outstanding debts, working with Members through the appropriate collection and escalation stages.
- Prepare weekly debtor and creditor reporting, providing insights to support business decision-making.
- Perform bank reconciliations, month-end activities and financial reporting.
- Support half-year, full-year and end-of-financial-year audit and reporting requirements.
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to projects that improve finance processes, controls, policies and technology.
- Build strong relationships with Members, internal teams, suppliers and offshore support teams.
- Support other finance activities and projects as required by the Leadership Team.
Experience & Education:
- 2+ years’ experience in a finance, accounts or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with financial data and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Business Central, Tramada and Microsoft 365 is highly regarded.
- A genuine interest in the travel industry is advantageous.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
