
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Join Discova's exciting transformation journey as a Senior Business Analyst within the Discova One strategic transformation program. This role sits at the heart of major business initiatives spanning ERP, CRM, digital platforms, integrations, payroll and HR systems, helping shape solutions that deliver measurable business value across multiple countries and business functions. Working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and delivery partners, you will translate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements while driving continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions with stakeholders across business units and countries.
- Elicit, analyse and document business goals, challenges, business processes, rules and operational requirements.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, Product Owners and delivery teams.
- Produce high-quality business and functional requirements using agreed standards and templates.
- Create epics, features, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across the delivery lifecycle.
- Analyse and document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams and actionable recommendations.
- Document data requirements, definitions, ownership structures and quality controls.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, cleansing and validation activities.
- Define reporting and analytics requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams on API, interface and integration requirements.
- Work closely with architects, developers, technical leads and vendors during solution design.
- Validate solutions against approved business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing and business validation activities.
- Contribute to test scenarios, test cases and requirement-to-test coverage reviews.
- Support operational readiness, training, SOP development and handover activities.
- Maintain risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decision logs.
- Support change impact assessments, governance activities and change request evaluations.
- Escalate risks and issues impacting scope, quality, timeline or operational readiness.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience
- 6+ years of Business Analysis experience within technology, ERP, CRM, digital transformation or IT software delivery environments.
- Experience working on large-scale or complex transformation programs.
- Experience supporting the full delivery lifecycle from discovery through testing, deployment, handover and hypercare.
- Strong practical experience with Agile, hybrid and structured delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience delivering requirements across multiple workstreams, systems, countries or vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- IIBA CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA or BCS Business Analysis certification.
- Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, project delivery or change management certification.
Preferred Industry & Technology Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement.
- Enterprise integrations, APIs, workflow automation, portals, reporting and data migration.
- Travel, tourism, destination management, hospitality or complex service operations.
- Multi-country and multi-vendor transformation delivery.
