As General Manager, you will lead the strategic, commercial, marketing, loyalty, people and technology agenda for a network of more than 300 luxury travel advisors across 60+ locations. This is a rare opportunity to lead a highly established luxury brand, inspire a passionate leadership team, and drive innovation through technology, data, and AI.
 
Day to day you will...
  • Lead and evolve the multi-year growth strategy for Travel Associates across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Own full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and commercial performance.
  • Identify and deliver new growth opportunities, business models, revenue streams, and network expansion initiatives.
  • Lead the brand's marketing strategy, customer acquisition, retention, events, partnerships, and brand positioning initiatives.
  • Oversee product and supplier strategy, strengthening relationships with premium airline, cruise, hotel, and touring partners.
  • Drive the strategic development and commercial success of the World360 Rewards loyalty program.
  • Champion customer engagement, database growth, loyalty performance, and client retention initiatives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing leadership team while fostering a values-led culture aligned with Travel Associates and FCTG principles.
  • Set the technology and AI roadmap, driving innovation, advisor productivity, personalisation, and business performance.
  • Represent Travel Associates at executive, industry, media, and supplier levels as a visible ambassador for the brand.
  • Ensure strong governance, operational excellence, risk management, and brand consistency across the ANZ network.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
You'll be perfect if you have...
  • 12-15+ years' experience within travel, luxury, premium retail, or premium services environments.
  • Minimum 8 years' senior leadership experience with full P&L accountability.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site, multi-region, or multi-market businesses through leaders.
  • Proven track record delivering strategic growth, network expansion, and diversified revenue streams.
  • Strong expertise across brand strategy, marketing, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Experience developing or leading loyalty programs and database-driven growth strategies.
  • A deep understanding of luxury brands and premium customer experiences.
  • Experience driving technology, digital transformation, data-led decision making, and AI adoption.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive influencing skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience operating across multiple countries or markets highly regarded.
