About the Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to join our evolving EMEA PMO team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping shape and mature a growing project management function as we continue our journey towards a more standardised global operating model. You'll partner closely with senior leaders across the business, lead a diverse portfolio of business and technology projects, and help introduce greater structure, visibility, and governance across an evolving project landscape.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and can confidently navigate ambiguity while delivering meaningful business outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Lead multiple projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions, brands, and geographies.
  • Support the implementation of PMO governance, standards, and delivery best practices.
  • Provide visibility of project status, risks, priorities, and resource allocation across the portfolio.
  • Help prioritise project work to ensure alignment with business and strategic objectives.
  • Support the continued development and maturity of the EMEA PMO function.
  • Contribute to the rollout of global PMO governance and project delivery standards.
  • Deliver technology, operational, and transformation-related projects.
  • Navigate changing business priorities and evolving requirements while maintaining project momentum.
  • Support organisational change and operating model transformation initiatives.
  • Provide structure and clarity within fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environments.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure effective governance controls are maintained.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery practices.
  • Support regional and global transformation programmes as required.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Experience delivering technology, business transformation, or operational change projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and functions.
  • Experience working within fast-paced, high-growth, scale-up, or rapidly changing environments.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Experience introducing governance, structure, or process improvements within evolving environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
  • Experience supporting PMO governance and project delivery frameworks.
  • Exposure to organisational change, operating model transformation, or global transformation programmes would be advantageous.
  • Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude is beneficial but not essential.
