As the Product Owner for Help Centre at Flight Centre, you will help shape the content strategy of our digital experiences as well as craft clear, concise copy for our digital experiences. You'll work closely with our UX/UI designers and collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and UX researchers.

The Websites team is a Global team that's mission is to make travel simple and fun.  You will work closely with the Head of Product in helping define the roadmap and implement strategies to design, build and deliver initiatives that are focused on providing solutions that empower our consultants to be travel experts. We work autonomously from anywhere and work collaboratively online or in the office to achieve our team goals.

This is what you’ll sign up for:

 

  • You’ll be responsible for the content quality of 5 global help centres
  • Manage the product backlog, develop user stories,prioritise work items for UX and content team members
  • Develop content briefs, run workshops and engage appropriate stakeholders to facilitate the content development process.
  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies, pro ducts, trends related to Help Centre
  • Lead content audits to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Reduce content debt through consolidation and standardising reusable content components
  • Escalation point for any out of hours content requests
  • Review Salesforce release notes, assess impact and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure the integrity of customer data and platform security

 

What you need to land the role…

 

  • Experience working in content writing with a passion for understanding the UX side of content writing
  • 3 plus years industry experience in content leading role and a team player mentality
  • Genuine passion to learn from the people around you and a keen interest in growing within a company long term
  • Strong communication, collaboration skills and Experience in working with & managing technical vendor relationships
  • Salesforce Knowledge, Salesforce Experience Cloud, HTML, search engine optimisation
