About the Opportunity

The Business Analyst interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs. They analyst gathers, documents, and analyses business needs and requirements.

The Business Analyst may help test the system and create system documentation and user manuals. They interact with system architects and developers to ensure the system is properly implemented. They are the bridge that fills in the gap between each department throughout every step of development.

Candidate should possess a balance of technical depth, business acumen, and strong communication skills. The role involves working collaboratively with different technology and business functions within various levels of the organization to deliver business objectives.

  • Analyses and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Participates in the QA of purchased solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary. Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
  • Develops and use standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications. Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
