Job Responsibilities:
- Established: Business Reference Point, Technical Reference Point, and Transparency Across Resource, Progress and Costs.
- Create a mechanism to quickly provide options / band estimates for Team Leaders.
- Resource allocation & planning.
- Successful management of vendor / partners to solve business initiatives or problem.
- Ensure the appropriate methodology is used for delivery.
- GDS and Robotic first level support centre.
- Service request management.
Job Requirements:
- Travel industry experience as a GDS support or Travel Consultant
- Experience in project delivery
- Previous experience and engagement with key business stakeholders and managing vendor relationships
- Understanding of the travel industries & key contacts
- IT Degree or Diploma is desirable
- Amadeus and JP Domestic Booking System background is desirable
