About the Opportunity

As a Global Customer Relations Executive, you will manage and settle feedback and complaints received globally, and deliver outcomes that are satisfactory to both Discova and the client. Together with our Operations and Sales team, you will collate feedback to respond to complaints fairly and efficiently. Feedback could come from many directions, including customer surveys (CSQs) highlighted by Operations, feedback left on social media, and feedback sent directly by travellers or agents.  

 

Your main responsibilities are:    

  • To establish productive, professional relationships with key team members within Discova, and our partners’ business.  

  • Be the main point of contact for resolving any issues that have been escalated to complaint level, delivering a suitable outcome for both the business and partner.  

  • Serve as escalation point for clients for any service delivery issues and follow up with relevant Discova team to troubleshoot and solve any problems – these could include issues on the ground, in-destination.  

  • Collate all complaint details using internal tools to deliver a fortnightly complaint handling call with Operations and Account Managers – addressing any reoccurring issues to the business. 

 

About you  

The Essentials:  

  • Exceptional customer service skills. 

  • Complaint handling experience.   

  • High level of English fluency, both written and verbal.  

 

The Attributes: 

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible and implement change when needed.  

  • Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders) and a well-developed understanding of different cultures. 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.  

  • Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks and be comfortable with working outside office hours when required.  

  • Solution focused, turning problems into resolutions quickly.  

  • Able to work independently and within a team, assisting team members to help everyone achieve best results.  

  • Willing to travel on business when required, both domestically and internationally.  

  • Personally aligned with Discova’s company purpose and values.
