We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help design, manage and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.  Along with our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will be responsible for supporting the Air Fulfillment Technology team in product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, capturing end-to-end business processes, and working with engineering, ticketing, and support teams.

 

The role will support our Global Land & Packaging Supply team and you will share responsibility for both the continuous improvement of the area’s KPIs as well as the successful delivery of committed OKRs.  Your stakeholders will include internal customers (divisions and brands using your products), external vendors and finally users of your products.

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Management of the requirements of a complex Enterprise ticketing/fulfillment application (Oasis) used in four countries
  • Manage the Oasis application backlog and ensure a high standard of elaborated user stories with document user acceptance criteria and success metrics.
  • Play a consulting role with business leaders around the future strategic and tactical directions of the products and by collaborating around future directions
  • Collaboratively analyse business requirements and problem solve to create the right solutions for our customers
  • Maintain and improve our documentation across code bases, architectures, and our knowledge bases
  • Supporting teams to understand the dependencies between systems impacted by the solution to allow for effective planning
  • Collaborate in our cross-functional Product Management and Engineering teams to plan and deliver high quality solutions that support the wider leisure and corporate communities.
  • Be an impactful contributor to the team to help plan, design and build elegant solutions
  • Take initiative and always look for ways in improving the quality of our product, standards, processes, and best practices
  • Participate in identifying user acceptance criteria including non-functional requirements
  • Consult with the team to ensure we have appropriate monitoring of the solutions so that we can be accountable in achieving our success metrics.
  • Clearly document end-to-end business processes related to Air Fulfillment Technology and the flow-on to other products such as those in Digital, Consultant Commerce and Corporate.
  • Identify gaps in current processes and functionality and recommend optimization and enhancement opportunities.  Gain a broad knowledge of our product, including its value proposition, key features, user journeys, business goals, and KPI.



Who you are:

 

  • Experience in Agile work environments and managing user stories and backlogs
  • Experience in business analysis in a complex, tech-dependent global business
  • Demonstrated experience in the ability to analyse, evaluate and integrate business processes and procedures
  • Ability to challenge existing processes with clear and concise reasoning with a view of improvement for the future.
  • Success in synthesizing complex concepts into digestible summaries, with recommendations that consider opportunity and risk.
  • User experience and technical sensibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize among competing opportunities and articulate the rationale behind your decisions
  • Ability to work effectively with business, leading requests from inception to delivery
  • Ability to think critically and converse with technical architects and developers
  • Develop and document business and processes, functions, and procedures

 

You’ll earn brownie points:
