About the Opportunity
In this fulfilling role, you will be responsible for Human Resources management and coordination, HR best-practice and creating exceptional training and development opportunities for Discova staff. Together with the Global Peopleworks (HR) Leader, you will implement strategy and initiatives to achieve team goals, company goals, and positively impact the retention of Discova’s people.

Your main responsibilities:
• You are accountable for proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining effective commercial business partnerships.
• You provide high-quality, responsive, efficient and professional advice in the areas of recruitment/selection, talent management/development, compensation & benefits, disciplinary/grievance, employment law/compliance, training, performance management, employee engagement/communications, business line policies and procedures, HR analysis/metrics.
• You create, develop and facilitate engaging training modules in consultation with leaders throughout the business.

About you
The Essentials:
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field in a large organisation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Management training or experience in managing a team is desirable.

• Comfortable with a flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Willing to travel on business when required.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Discova’s systems would be an advantage.
