Job Title: Global Partnerships Manager

Job Purpose:

This is a new role and the opportunity to really hit the ground running and establish the partnership function, within Corporate Traveller – the world’s leading travel provider for start-up to mid-market businesses.
As part of the corporate marketing team, your time will be spent devising a global partnership framework and implementing it for the Corporate Traveller brand.
The individual will work with global sales, marketing, product, customer success and innovation leaders internally to identify partnership opportunities based around revenue and proposition aspirations.
They will then be responsible for maximising brand exposure and revenue opportunities through partnerships and will the lead growth of the partnership proposition across the customer journey.
A key part of this role will be negotiating partnership opportunities in contracts, relationship building and managing seamless delivery and reporting on the partnerships.
The postholder will have strong project management skills and will coordinate multi-disciplinary resources and simultaneously manage multiple partnerships at various stages of development and execution. An understanding and appreciation of marketing channels and sales processes is crucial and the ability to define channels appropriate to the target audience and their position on the buyers' journey is fundamental.
We are looking for a strong communicator and a confident presenter of information. It is expected that the individual who is successful in this role will be comfortable working in a matrix structure.

Responsibilities include:

  • To work with global sales, marketing, product, customer success and innovation leaders to identify partnership opportunities based around revenue and proposition aspirations
  • Build the strategy and framework for the global partnership function within Corporate Traveller
  • Define and co-ordinate the partner program strategy to drive revenue and bring partnerships to life
  • Set framework for global partnerships covering multiple categories
  • Maximise and optimise brand and revenue opportunities via partnerships and lead growth of the offering across the customer journey
  • Best-in-class relationship management with key partnership stakeholders
  • Be a key stakeholder in negotiating brand exposure and revenue opportunity during the contracting process for partnerships
  • Create partnership marketplace for CT’s proprietary technology
  • Ability to keep a keen eye on external trends to align opportunities to strategies and plans
  • A deep level understanding of the latest methodology techniques in online and offline marketing channels to continually reach our target audience and maxmise brand awareness
  • Work with the marketing disciplines around the world to implement the partnerships – including brand, marketing operations, and digital
  • Communicate to the key stakeholders and the internal business to inform on upcoming partnerships and supply required materials to relevant department for successful launch
  • Continually track and report on the status of the partnership in line with contractual obligations
  • Roll-out and manage partnerships regionally, with a focus on the Americas
  • Grow the partnership department and build up your own team

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience managing partnerships – specifically in the technology/SaaS space
  • Proven work experience as a partner program specialist, with experience defining and coordinating the strategy to drive leads and revenue
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the types of challenges faced by business owners, sales, and marketing professionals
  • Content with working in a global environment which will mean working flexibly, sometimes outside of core working hours to liaise with colleagues around the world.
  • Familiar with marketing platforms and channels
  • The ability to see opportunities where campaigns will make a difference
  • Strong communication, collaboration skills and techniques, to influence key partners
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
