Job Title:

Senior Business Technology Partner

Summary:

This individual would represent our various brands and businesses within Technology. Each BTP is assigned to a business or brand within FCTG Americas.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and communicate business strategy and translate that into tactical projects and initiatives
• Communicate and coordinate technology changes within the FCTG brands/businesses
• Provide understanding and guidance on business processes as they impact project delivery
• Act as Project Manager, Stakeholder and/or subject matter expert on all projects within your business portfolio
• Ensure that brand/business is receiving service from the Technology team that meets their needs and maximizes efficiency and profitability
• Version Release Testing & Coordination for projects
• Support key communication plans with all areas of the business across FCTG America
• Develop & maintain effective relationships with internal departments & vendors

Requirements:

• Project management experience 
• Excellent communication skills
• Presentation, relationship building and persuasion skills
• Travel required to fulfill meeting and training responsibilities.
• Minimum 3 years in a Business Technology or Project Management role
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Works well in both a team and individual environment
• Organized project management skills such as critical thinking, problem solving and active listening
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks
• Strong ability to pick up new systems quickly and effectively
• Detailed knowledge of product development processes
