We are looking for a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with in house and technical recruitment experience who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.  You’ll own and develop hiring strategies that support our growth plans, managing the entire recruitment process from application through to induction ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute full cycle recruitment for multiple brands across the Americas.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to better understand their hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Make recommendations, provide feedback, and coach hiring managers on best practices, strategies, and techniques.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare interview schedules, and issue required supporting documentation.
  • Facilitate the new hire onboarding process including preparing, and extending employment agreements, offer letters and new hire documents.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, and provincial employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in technical talent acquisition including high volume roles
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge of online sourcing techniques
  • University degree or College diploma in a business related discipline is considered an asset

The role can be performed onsite, remote or on a hybrid schedule, in compliance with the Company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy.
