About The Opportunity

Corporate Traveler USA is looking for an Associate Director of Sales Development. This role is critical in supporting sales targets & driving our growth strategy. You will be responsible for supporting, leading, training, and motivating a team of SDRs with the support of the Director of Sales Development. You will work with sales, marketing, and product to help build a winning strategy, set goals, and measure performance against weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.  This role reports directly to the Director of Sales Development.f

Key Responsibilities

  • Ongoing mentoring and development of SDR's which includes training new members
  • Developing the sales knowledge and industry skills of each team member
  • Identifying and making recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Providing daily, weekly, and monthly insight on volume statistics, lead pipeline, conversion of sales accepted opportunities and playbook effectiveness
  • Helping refine and evolve a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for running and growing the team
  • Meeting regularly with key stakeholders, reporting on team results and leading conversations about business direction, ensuring success
  • Work with our enablement teams to ensure the appropriate training needs are flagged and executed on 
  • Maintaining own portfolio of business, adhering to monthly and quarterly KPI’s
  • Support rapid promotion path the enables tangible growth for high performers and those that support our customers in ways that we can be proud of.
  • Work with marketing team to insure MQL’s are being qualified and streamlined to the correct channels, to drive business

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years as a Sales Development Representative
  • Experience scaling and managing a team of SDR's a plus
  • Consistent track record of quota achievement
  • Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing, fast paced environment
  • High levels of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Experience with extensive tech stacks and application focused sales approaches
  • A willingness to take a hands-on approach to building our SDR function
  • Analytical and data- driven
  • Inspiring and Rep Focused Leader - You care about the people as much as the numbers

This role can be performed onsite or on a hybrid schedule, in compliance with the Company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $75,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements. On target earnings average range between $75,000 - $115,000. The annual salary range listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
