About The Opportunity

The Technology Data Quality Lead is the SME responsible for driving and maintaining consistent customer data from an input perspective, across FCM Americas.

Working closely with the Americas Technology area as well as the IDP and Reporting teams the role is split into two key focus areas:

  1. Assessing the data input issues on the business side which impact data output quality, identifying key trends, along with systemic and tactical improvement opportunities.
  2. Initiating and overseeing key root cause fixes at team or regional levels by working with various technology areas as well as Operations and Acct Mgrs

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify the gaps and improvement opportunities across remit for Res Data
  • Oversee and deliver improvement in tactical and strategic activities
  • Provide advice to IDP team on operational processes and align key business rules governing IDP
  • Document and implement new business processes related to root cause fixes and ensure alignment across stakeholder groups
  • Identify the gaps and improvement opportunities for implementation processes
  • Oversee and deliver improvement from data input perspective in tactical and strategic activities
  • Document any new business processes related to root cause fixes and ensure alignment across stakeholder groups
  • Understand and own ‘other’ data feed/reporting processes such as Enhanced data collection, GRASP data feeds, etc
  • Document and implement new business processes related to root cause fixes and ensure alignment across stakeholder groups
  • Identify the gaps and improvement opportunities across remit for Res Data
  • Document current ResData collection processes and working with TripServices area, identify any gaps

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience with data quality analysis and improvement processes within a travel management company 
  • Excellent knowledge of D365 and current FCM invoicing processes.
  • Comfortable with Concur and able to navigate within other OBTs.
  • Comfortable with FCM Corporate Technology products and systems – Agentport, PowerBI, Compleat
  • Sounds knowledge of Sabre
  • Understands how to read and interpret raw data reports, and draw effective conclusions with root cause hypothesis

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $93,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements
