The Role

As a member of our team, you will be providing condition monitoring services for our clients. With a diverse and exciting customer base, each day will present a new challenge. You will get to work in a variety of locations across a range of oil and gas clients and projects and be exposed to different work environments (e.g. shutdowns, outages, projects). If you’re seeking a fast paced, quickly evolving role with plenty of progression opportunities, this is the role for you.

This role will be Monday to Friday in Gladstone.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Undertaking condition monitoring vibration, oil analysis and thermography surveys and onsite assessment of machine condition.
  • Analysis of data collected including; vibration, oil and thermography.
  • Carrying out sensor installation, in-situ field balancing, alignment of rotating machinery.
  • Setting up and management of internal and client systems and databases.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Minimum Level 2 certificate for Vibration Analysis (VCAT 2), Lubrication (LCAT 1), Thermography (TCAT 1)
  • Previous Oil & Gas experience
  • Experience working in a condition monitoring role, e.g. using condition monitoring data to extend equipment life.
  • Practical/hands on mechanical experience and knowledge
  • A working knowledge of oil analysis and carrying out integrated analysis of condition monitoring data is desirable but not essential
