NDT Technician - Gladstone QLD

The Role:

Reporting to the Business Manager, your role as a NDT Technician will provide value-adding Inspection services to our Clients. This exciting opportunity has come about through growth and uptake of our services. If you’re seeking a fast paced, quickly evolving role with plenty of progression opportunities, this is the role for you. This exciting opportunity will be from our Gladstone QLD operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out high integrity NDT and Inspection work.
• Liaise with clients and provide clear and concise results and information as required.
• Prepare and compile worksheets and reports.
• Provide assistance (non-NDT) to engineering and metallurgy staff where required.

The Successful Applicant Will Ideally Have:

• Certified in relevant NDT methods (ISO MT2, UT1,)
• UT2, Phased Array (PAUT), Eddy Current/IRIS and Rope Access is highly desirable.
• Minimum 1 year experience in NDT inspection within the Industrial/Oil and Gas Industry.  
• Proficient in interpreting and applying industry codes and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to safety protocols.
