The Role

Seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our project in Greenbushes  The Site Administrator plays a pivotal role by efficiently managing site documentation and providing essential operational support. This position contributes to the smooth functioning of project  and workshop operations.

This is a local role that would suit an experienced and hands-on administrator who is looking to add value to our teams by providing quality support and assistance in project coordination to our site, and office-based teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate daily timesheets and plant pre-start reports.
  • Scan and save timesheets and plant pre-starts to designated folders promptly.
  • Create, administer, and receipt purchase orders and work orders as requested for project and workshop operations.
  • Maintain accurate employee rosters to include travel & accommodation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with supplier requirements and assist in supplier setup.
  • Accurately enter timesheet data into the payroll system.
  • Generate daily pre-start forms for project teams.
  • Create QR codes for project personnel.
  • Assist in the generation of reports as required.
  • Maintain office consumables, stationary, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other allocated stock.
  • Coordinate project-specific new starter activities, including Client and Project Inductions.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as instructed.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Strong computer software skills, including MS Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and data processing accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Commitment to a high-performance culture.
