The Role

Our Asset Care team are seeking an experienced Administrator to be based in our Cameron Park office for a 6-month Maternity Leave coverage. You will be responsible for high-level administrative and coordination services, that will suit an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail.

This role is to provide support to the commercial team in processing commercial compliance documentation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a value-add position, someone who thrives off working in a fast-paced role and assisting in fostering and maintaining our great culture.

 Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Execute accurate and timely data entry tasks across various systems and platforms.
  • Maintain meticulous records to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Leverage your administrative expertise to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide support to team members and stakeholders with professionalism and proficiency.
  • Proactively investigate discrepancies and irregularities, collaborating with relevant parties to resolve issues promptly.
  • Employ analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Raise invoices based on timesheets, meticulously tracking and managing the invoicing process.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoicing procedures.
  • Utilise Pronto and other systems to run comprehensive reports on sales, timesheets, and P&L margins.
  • Perform month-end reconciliations and meticulously review Pronto reporting in Excel for accuracy and completeness.
  • Take charge of controlling the workflow of administrative reporting, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Foster a culture of accuracy, consistency, and reliability among team members.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the interpretation and completion of complex requests for organisational information.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge, specifically Word & Excel
