The Role

We’re seeking an experienced administrative professional to step into a key support role within our Infrastructure Division. Based in Perth, this 12-month fixed-term role offers the chance to build on your strong background in administration or site admin by moving into a more project-focused environment.

As Project Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in organising, tracking, and reporting on project data. Ensuring costs are captured accurately and reported clearly to keep projects on track and within budget. You’ll work closely with project managers and teams, providing reliable administrative support that helps drive project success.

This position is ideal for someone with several years of admin or site-based experience who is looking to take the next step in their career or is looking to step away from FIFO work. You’ll bring a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to manage documentation, scheduling, and communication across multiple stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input project-related data into our systems daily including but not limited to – daily timesheets, purchase orders, labour & plant data, fuel etc
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate daily reports to provide insights into project performance.
  • Continuously reconcile project costs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct thorough end-of-month reconciliation of project costs.
  • Collaborate with Project CAs/Managers to prepare comprehensive end-of-month cost reports.
  • Regular reporting of internal and external labour, plant & fuel data


Secondary Responsibilities (Project dependent):

  • Assist in coordinating personnel and plant mobilisations for projects.
  • Conduct occasional site visits as needed to support project startup and demobilization efforts.
  • Raising Purchase Orders and receipting in accordance with the procurement procedure

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of site administration
  • Strong computer software skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptionally high attention to detail and a commitment to data processing accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to a high-performance culture and a dedication to achieving results.
