About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to be part of a dynamic team located in Regional Adelaide, South Australia.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be a detail-driven individual ensuring efficient and effective management of the commercial and contractual activities for allocated projects on the Framework.
12-month fixed contract, Monday-Friday opportunity with standard office hours. This role will purely be sited based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of request for quotations for subcontracts and supply items
- Assist the Commercial Manager with negotiations with short listed subcontractors and suppliers
- Support the Project Team in the identification and addressing of commercial risks in a timely manner
- Ensure that all subcontracts, supply and services contracts are procured, executed, delivered and closed out in accordance with company commercial policies
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration, must have experience in the civil construction sector
- Demonstrated ability to identify and register commercial issues
- Clear and definitive communication in both written and verbal accompanied by competent presentation
- Required to travel to sites across South Australia
