Receptionist – Be the face of SRG Global
SRG Global is seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team in the Sydney CBD Pitt Street Office. This role is critical in shaping first impressions and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact, you will represent the SRG Global brand with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. You will manage multiple priorities seamlessly while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential—you understand that effective communication goes beyond words, fostering rapport, collaboration, and trust with colleagues and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Communication – Manage incoming calls and direct visitors
- Travel Coordination – Arrange flights, car hire, and accommodation
- Mail & Office Management – Handle incoming mail, maintain office tidiness, and restock supplies.
- Meeting & Event Support – Manage boardrooms, coordinate catering, and oversee general office maintenance.
- Administration & Assistance – Perform general administrative tasks as required, including credit card reconciliation, photocopying, and filing.
We’re seeking a Receptionist with:
- Strong customer focus and experience in a similar client-facing role
- Strong Communication & People Skills – A warm, professional, and engaging approach.
- Professionalism & Adaptability – Poised under pressure, well-presented, and highly organized.
- Reliability & Attention to Detail – A dependable team player with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Tech Proficiency :
- Comfortable with modern office systems and technology.
- Experience with accounting software i.e Dynamics D365 or JobPac (desirable)
- Positive & Proactive Attitude – A problem-solver with a passion for excellence.
