The Role:

SRG Global has an immediate full-time career opportunity for suitably experienced Post Tensioning – Anchoring Supervisor to work at our Yatala QLD site. This role will offer the right candidate:

The role involves working alongside other SRG operational teams onsite, as well as liaising with supervision, both internally and client based.

Key Responsibilities:

To effectively manage, supervise and coordinate all labour, materials and equipment for SRG Global projects, including high capacity multistrand ground anchor works, multistrand post-tensioning in civil infrastructure and heavy lifting operations.

Key Tasks and Duties:

• To allocate resource and manage labour requirements to ensure all projects are run efficiently and cost effectively and to the satisfaction of the client.
• To employ, manage, assess, promote and/or dismiss all labour required for projects.
• To instruct leading hands on project requirements and maintain supervision of leading hand progress.
• To liaise with clients to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained for the project life.
• To ensure safety standards are continually reported and maintained on sites. To report any incidents and /or injuries and forward details to the QSE Manager for review.
• To work with the project teams to ensure SRG jobs run to project budget figures.
• Liaise with the project teams regarding requirements for servicing upcoming projects.
• Supervise project activities relating to – Preparation of anchors for stressing including bearing plate seating on epoxy pad and stripping of PE sheathing; Installation and operation of permanent load cells / multiple bridge launching equipment/systems; Installation, grouting, tensioning and corrosion protection of multistrand post-tensioned Ground anchors.

About you:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant industry experience
• White card
• Well developed written and verbal communication skills and ability to use programs to compile reports.
• Ability to read and understand standards, procedures and drawings relating to inspection tasks,
• Ability to work and contribute as part of a team.
