The Role:

This is an opportunity for a capable leader to play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-standard delivery of periodic and grouped maintenance campaigns.

You’ll work closely with site personnel to ensure all project operations meet both SRG Global’s standards and client expectations. Acting as a mentor and leader, you will guide the team to work safely and efficiently while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This role contributes to profitability by managing costs, seeking operational improvements, and enhancing the performance of our delivery teams helping SRG maintain its competitive edge in the market.

FIFO Shutdown Dates:

• Main shutdown - Commences on the 13^th October till 20^th October   

 Flexibility:

• Casual Flat Rate.
• 12 Hour Days Night Shift/Day Shift.

Key Duties and Scope:

• Act as the liaison between SRG and client representatives, including daily reporting and meetings
• Interpret technical drawings and apply them to practical maintenance and project work
• Assist in estimating labour, materials, and time requirements for upcoming work
• Lead and mentor site employees to build a strong, capable team
• Ensure compliance with SRG’s Learning Management System (LMS) and safety systems
• Coordinate daily PSI and toolbox meetings
• Plan and schedule preventative maintenance, monitor equipment performance
• Manage rosters, consumables, freight logistics, and site documentation
• Conduct site inspections, workplace assessments, and stock takes

Essential Qualifications:

• Trade Certificate – Cert III Mechanical/Engineering Trade.
• Schedule 26 – Statutory Supervisor Training
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role, With Lubrication Mechanical experience.
