The Role

SRG Global is seeking a Project Coordinator within our Asset Services division. In this role you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of multiple projects from the office. You’ll work closely with the Electrical Superintendent to ensure smooth coordination, accurate reporting, and strong governance across all project stages.

This is a full time, permanent position based at our Subiaco office. While primarily office based, the ideal candidate will be open to attending project sites on occasion if required.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and takes pride in keeping projects on track through exceptional organisation and communication.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain project documentation, schedules, and meeting records
  • Support development of project scope, schedules, and management plans
  • Maintain project registers including risk, issue, and lessons learned logs
  • Assist with tracking deliverables, monitoring budgets, and coordinating procurement
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure project progress and issue resolution
  • Support system changes, rollouts, and provide reporting/analytics on project activities
  • Ensure compliance with company governance and quality frameworks
  • Provide general administrative support including invoicing, timesheets, and payroll
  • Contribute to a strong safety and continuous improvement culture

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in project coordination or administration, ideally in technical or regulated industries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project)
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to high performance
