SRG Global Mining Services is looking for skilled Shotfirer members to join our long-term Goldfields project. You’ll be working with a professional team that values clear communication, safety, and efficiency backed by competitive pay, modern equipment, and industry-leading facilities.

What you’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and planning blasts.
• Handling explosives and ensuring safety
• Clearing and securing blast areas.
• Reporting incidents and completing documentation.
• Magazine Keeper responsibility – Completing stocktakes & inspections
• Using Nonel accessories
• Using 1” hose to load Emulsion products in 102mm to 140mm blast holes
• Training and leading the blast crew to reach safety and production targets 

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Hard rock shotfirer role.
• Shotfirer License (WA)
• Dangerous Goods Security Card (WA)
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment.
• A valid Driver’s License (manual).

Bonus Points for:

• HR Class Driver’s License.
• Dangerous Goods Driver’s License (WA).
