We’re looking for an experienced Scaffold Coordinator / Supervisor to take charge of our Taranaki team.

If you’ve got solid NZ scaffolding experience — around 7–10 years on the tools and ideally 1–2 years in a supervisor role — we want to hear from you. If you’re a strong Leading Hand ready to step up, this could be your next move.

You’ll be the one keeping everything running smoothly — planning ahead, coordinating crews, and making sure every site is safe, efficient, and high-performing. We’re after someone who’s practical, organised, and great with people — someone who gets the best out of their team while maintaining strong client relationships.

Typical Responsibilities

• Visiting sites regularly to monitor progress, safety, and quality
• Organising gear, permits, and deliveries to keep jobs on track
• Communicating with clients and resolving site issues proactively
• Coaching and supporting your crew to ensure great performance and teamwork
• Maintaining compliance records, training, and safety checks

Applicants should:

• Current Advanced NZ Scaffolding Ticket and COC (essential)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in NZ scaffolding
• Confident with Microsoft Office and site documentation
• Full NZ driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed
