Our experience in construction spans earthworks, pavements – roads and car parks, hard and soft landscaping, carpentry and site establishment, drainage and concreting.

The role:
Opportunity for an experienced civil all-rounder to take charge of leading the team for exciting new projects in our expanding workbook, across Melbourne or Geelong.

Your impact:
As a civil Supervisor you will apply your years of experience to manage and coordinate the delivery of our projects efficiently, safely, and profitably. You will ensure the project is in capable hands by mentoring, training, and helping our site team grow.

Your every day:
• 7+ years relevant civil construction experience
• Relevant experience in delivering projects in excess of $5M+ and leading large teams under a range of contract models
• Strong communication and management skills
• A proven track record in delivering complete contract scope safely, to budget, on time and to quality standards

Who are you?
• Successfully manage the program, budget and quality assurance of all projects to ensure a high-quality project is delivered
• Constantly build strong client relationships that position Wamarra for repeat work
• Manage site safety and environmental compliance on the project
