The role:
The Operations Coordinator will schedule and manage the day-to-day people and plant requirements of our projects.

Your impact:
Utilising their planning prowess and adaptability, the Operations Coordinator will ensure our projects are fully resourced, allowing our high-performing team to provide the successful delivery of our projects.

Your every day:
• Coordinate and schedule people and plant to ensure efficient use of internal and external resources.
• Manage the day-to-day project requirements for plant to ensure there is no loss of production and coordinate changes to the project as required.
• Ensure Operators receive accurate information and paperwork related to daily works.
• Monitor plant movements, coordinate changes to the project and report any issues to management.

Who are you?
• 3+ years experience in a Logistics and Operational Scheduling role.
• Understanding of the Waste Management and Construction industry. Including HSE/industry standards, and environmental legislation.
• Proven track record in scheduling assets and resources to achieve specific timeframes and deliverables.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
