The role: 

As a Management Accountant, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance department and contributing to the financial success of our organisation

Your impact: 

As a Management Accountant at Symal, your analytical skills and financial acumen will directly impact our organisation's success by providing crucial insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

Your every day: 

  • Ensure P&L balance sheet reflects true and correct position of the business
  • Review overhead spend vs budget for relevant departments 
  • Perform all monthly prepayments reconciliations as per the month end timetable
  • Perform all monthly accruals including FBT, Audit and Income Tax Expense
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations prior to finalising board reports
  • Assist with the submission of various compliance as and when required

Who are you? 

  • Bachelor’s in accounting or equivalent
  • 4+ years of accounting experience preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards your completion
