The role:
As a key support for the Logistics department, the Logistics Operations Supervisor will ensure our fleet are roadworthy, coordinating the preventative maintenance and repairs, allowing our high-performing team to provide the successful delivery of our materials.

Your every day:
• Supervise the loading, transport and delivery of materials to project sites in a safe and timely manner as requested by the Logistics Manager
• Adhere to all security and safety requirements and perform pre-trip inspections of company vehicles
• Ensure inspections are regularly carried out on vehicles and action items are followed up in a timely manner
• Perform routine supervision of maintenance and cleaning of vehicles (trucks)
• Maintain accurate vehicle records (eg. delivery log, inspections etc.).

Who are you?
• 5+ years experience in a delivery driver role.
• Relevant construction related experience.
• Understanding of the Waste Management and Construction industry. Including HSE/industry standards, and environmental legislation.
• Proven track record in scheduling maintenance to achieve specific timeframes and deliverables.
• Current Victorian Drivers License (Heavy Combination – Non Syncro)
