The role:

In this role, you will manage and analyse HR data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making across the business. You will also be responsible for maintaining HR systems and providing insights through detailed reports and data analysis

You will play a crucial part in shaping HR strategy by managing and analysing key workforce data.

Your every day:

As the HR Data & Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Retrieve, cleanse and analyse HR data from various sources and prepare reports in accordance with organisational requirements.
  • Manage and maintain HR systems and data to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and accuracy of reporting.
  • Support the analysis and reporting of HR metrics to inform decision-making and ensure alignment with industry standards including assisting with external reporting such as WGEA
  • Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and induction processes to ensure a seamless transition for all employees
  • Maintain the integrity and quality of HR data through regular checks and data audits, ensuring compliance with relevant business processes and legislative requirements.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation aligned to organisational requirements

Who are you?

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have: 

  • Previous experience in Workforce Reporting & analytics
  • Attention to detail and ability to assess and question inaccuracies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team to achieve key deliverables.
  • Confidence and continuous improvement approach in working proactively in a deadline driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of HRIS
