The role:
Join us as a Talent Acquisition Advisor (initially a contract role with potential for permanency) and make an impact recruiting top talent across both blue- and white-collar roles. Bring your passion for people and help us build a stronger team!

Your impact:
In this role, you’ll drive hiring success by connecting top talent with opportunities across the east coast. Your work will have a direct impact on building teams that shape our company’s future.

Your every day:
• Drive the end to end recruitment process with candidates and hiring managers
• Strategic source and engage best talent for key positions at Symal.
• Championing and developing strategic sourcing initiatives to support diversity across the organisation
• Continuously developing and managing a strong talent pool of potential candidates for both current and future vacancies.
• Develop and promote Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve efficiencies

Who are you?
• Extensive recruitment experience (either within agency or internal - ideally both) with a strong understanding of value-add recruitment - not just ticking a box!
• Strong desire to partner with businesses and not just as a 'transactional recruiter'
• A strong capability in managing stakeholders and taking initiative
• Experience within the construction/infrastructure sector or related industries is highly desirable
