Wamarra specialises in comprehensive construction services, managing a diverse portfolio of complex projects and services. Our distinctive focus lies in fostering long-term, meaningful employment opportunities and skill development for our First Nations workforce.
Our experience in construction spans earthworks, pavements – roads and car parks, hard and soft landscaping, carpentry and site establishment, drainage and concreting.
The role:
Join our Wamarra team in Spotswood, where you will provide comprehensive admin support to our project and office teams, temporarily stepping in for a colleague on maternity leave with potential to join permanently.
Your impact:
Your presence will ensure our project teams are swift in their financial reporting and there is an overall cohesiveness achieved.
Your every day:
- Ensure accurate data collection and entry of all project related transactions to assist the project team with their project reporting and management
- Assist the team with entry of Progress Claims to ensure timely reporting of project revenue, along with assistance with monitoring Progress Claim Certifications in accordance with contract requirements
- Provide administrative support working closely with the project team, suppliers and contractors
Who are you?
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience
- 3+ years relevant construction experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Jobpac or similar accounting package (preferred but not essential)
