Your every day: 

  • Lead from the front, managing key recruitment processes while mentoring and coaching a team of recruiters.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles, partnering with hiring managers to source and secure top talent.
  • Drive collaboration, ensuring the team delivers a seamless and high-quality hiring experience.
  • Support team development, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, best practices, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Optimise recruitment processes, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Champion employer branding, leveraging creative attraction strategies to position Symal as an employer of choice.
  • Leverage recruitment data, tracking performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Who are you? 

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within construction, engineering, or related industries.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and advise.
  • A passion for innovation, candidate experience, and continuous improvement.
  • A hands-on approach with a passion for both recruitment delivery and team leadership.
  • Experience in employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
