Your every day:

  • Develop an organised, progressive, relevant curriculum by partnering with organisation leaders and stakeholders 
  • Independently create immersive educational experiences for the audience 
  • Assess employee progress and align the content with their needs 
  • Research, implement new technologies and methods to create cutting edge content 
  • Use core instructional design principles and theories to maximise learning
  • Create interactive activities and educational resources    

About you

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have: 

  • Strong experience in curriculum design and content development across eLearning, modules, manuals, presentations and guides 
  • Multimedia design skills and basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Dreamweaver
  • Proficiency in e-learning development tools like Adobe captivate   
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as VR/AR, microlearning and mobile learning solutions 
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI or HTMLs for digital course deployment  
  • Experience in designing leadership initiatives, upskilling and cultural transformation
